bfore Returns Policy 

Our returns policy is as simple as our Step 1, 2, 3 skincare routine. 

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for purchases made at bfore.com.au in the following cases: 

  • Incorrect item purchased
  • Faulty or damaged product
  • Packing error 
  • Not suitable or allergic reaction*

Step 1: Contact Us 

Email us at hello@bfore.com.au before returning your item, letting us know your reason for return or exchange. 
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps. 

Step 2: Return Your Item 

Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days from when your order was dispatched. 

Please use a tracked/recorded delivery service — we can only process refunds once we’ve received the items back. 

Include your original receipt, or order number and let us know if you’d prefer a refund or exchange. 

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. 

Step 3: Refunds & Exchanges 

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your item. 

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded as quickly as possible. 

We don’t offer direct exchanges — if you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed. 

 

*Allergic Reactions 

Every bfore product includes full ingredient listings and usage directions. Please read carefully before purchasing. 

If you experience a reaction: 

Discontinue use immediately. 

Seek medical advice if necessary. 

Contact us at hello@bfore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. 

We assess reaction claims on a case-by-case basis. Photos and a description may be required. Refunds are not guaranteed. 

Your Consumer Rights 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
